Healing Education and Research Center

Healing Educational and Research Center (HER- Center)

HER Center is dedicated to helping individuals and communities achieve greater emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. We provide mental health counseling, therapeutic education, and transformative healing services through an integrative psycho-neuro-spiritual approach that recognizes the deep connection between the mind, brain, body, and spirit.

Research shows that the brain and nervous system can change throughout life. By learning new skills, practicing healthy patterns, and embracing transformative experiences, we can create new neural pathways that support emotional well-being, healthier behaviors, and lasting personal growth. This process fosters greater harmony, wholeness, and a deeper sense of healing from within.

Living in harmony with our fundamental nature allows us to access a shared reservoir of wisdom, helping us fulfill our life’s purpose.

Healing is a collective and community affair, experienced and shared by all for we all are interconnected.  Thus, the Center provides  pathways to collective wellbeing and healing.

Her work is grounded in compassion, depth, and the belief that true wellbeing emerges when the whole person is restored to harmony and alignment with self and others.

She holds the understanding that human beings are not passive recipients of circumstance, but active participants in shaping and reshaping their lived reality. Central to her principle is that the human spirit is inherently resilient, its capacity to endure, to grow, to heal and to transform is quite remarkable. She approaches her work as both science and a calling — where knowledge meets compassion, and transformation becomes not only possible, but sustainable and thriving.

She is grounded and guided by the principle, that states:

‘In the absence of unnecessary fear and in the presence of unconditional love, all is possible’.
